At 3pm plus today, I received a return call from one personnel, (who had helped me a lot with the schedules). He knew what I was looking for and while expecting the question to be asked again, he said 'Your interview can, pass' and he said that he'll schedule me for a final spine test. I was so elated! After waiting anxiously for four days, I finally get to know the answer.
Let me share my schedule.

Waiting for my Mac delivery.
According the the confirmation email sent, I ordered at 2am. And it'll be delivered shortly at 2.30am. While waiting for my McSpicy meal, I'll type a post. And maybe continue after that. The meal, with an upgrade to a small iced milo, plus delivery charges cost 10.60SGD. It's expensive, but I'm so hungry. I can't wait for a few more hours for the MacDonalds opposite my block to open. That's how hungry I am.
Today, there's the Star awards in Singapore. The red carpet show was at 5.30pm. I took a break at 6.30pm when there's a news break to buy and dinner and for a short meet-up. This year's awards took place at Marina Bay Sands. Pretty grand. I like how two route is planned. One via the sea route and one via the 'arriving by sports car' route. Because doing so, the Marina Bay Sands area can be showcased, show-offed. Cause it's indeed a pretty sight for a small city. I like the hosting area for last year's awards at Resorts World Sentosa too.
Great entertainment.
My delivery is not here yet.
And this is so random. Hehheh.

There's only two important things on my mind now.
On Friday, I had the last day of lecture. The Managerial Economics local revision lecture today was, fruitful. I got a second upper mark for my prelims and this serves as a big motivation for my last lap of intense studying. If I can get this mark in the finals, I'll be able to hit my expected honors comfortably.
The Managerial Economics subject under the UOL course is very quantitative intensive. I like the peak load pricing question and I'll definitely aim for it for it comes out.
The past three days had been quite anxious for me. Serious. I'll try to make a call again on Monday to request for the interview results. I'm like reading articles like 'signs that your interview went well', while waiting; to relive some of the curiosity. I'm positive. And I hope my gut feeling is correct.

Tick, checked.
After preparing for weeks, I finally had my interview on the 25th April. The staff promised me that my name will be on the list if any interview is scheduled. Then, bullseye, one of my calls hit during the during the scheduling day. There, my name is the first one on the list and I was the first one to be interviewed. We were told to be there at 12.30pm. And the interview stated about 1 pm. There were four interviewers (inclusive of a psychologist who is typing and occasionally ask questions). So, 'knock, knock', I opened the door, smiled and closed the door. I make a greeting and introduced my name before sitting down. There's a chair against the wall. I was told to push it in if it was too far. I pushed in about half a meter. I do not know if it's part of the test, but I clarified that I do not want to push it deeper, so as I can see everybody from that distance. It's a good start and questions started.
I think it went well and I'm waiting for the results. In the meantime, I'm filling up the personal particulars form and surety form. I've got my two referees today.
The whole process was good. And I had answered some anticipated questions. The subsequent questions were build upon from my answers. There were a healthy mix of professional questions and personal questions. The interviewers were really friendly and had a sense of humor. It made me feel at ease and this makes me more comfortable at tackling the questions.
I feel I did well. I've got this far.
Two days before the interview, I watched this video of Nicole Malachowski, an US Thunderbird pilot. It inspired me.
An article on her:

Preparations.
One and a half inch black high heels. Tick!
Pencil skirt. Tick!
Original portfolio and another copied set. Tick!
On the need to buy list: White shirt.
Today, I went to get my pencil skirt and two files for my portfolio. Initially wanted to go for the black skirt. But in the end I went for the twill fabric which is light grey in color (because I liked it more). Pencil skirt over trousers. Hmm. I love it. Going to make a trip down to Pull and bear to get the white shirt. They have shirts with good cutting. (for me)

Champions league semi finals.
I've watched B. Munich vs R. Madrid yesterday. Remembering the match dates wasn't intentional. It's only earlier this week, I happen to read about the fixtures on the Newpaper.
Good game.
Chelsea vs Barcelona.
D.Drogba is always so interesting to watch. He's big build, very capable or firing powerful shots. But yet when he falls down on the ground, he's always giving the 'Oh why' expression. I find the contrast interesting. He's so funny.
First ten minutes, it was interesting to watch. It's just a very balanced display of attacking prowess. After that, Chelsea just faded into defence and that's when Barca had to chance to display their flair of their passing game. It's quite worrying to watch. But things got better for Chelsea when the game is sorta being reset (when there's throw in, corners, etc) and they had the chance to return to their respective positions. Barca played wide and, and, they are just so disciplined. Their touch of football is amazing. One touches in triangle positions. One serious chance from Barca is the shot by Fabregas. It was just so close. If would have went across the line it, if it's not because of A.Cole, who displayed very good reflexes and athleticism.
Few minutes before the half-time whistle, Ramires fed D.Drogba from the left and allowed his teammate to blast in. So straight, so clean and so powerful.
Didn't expected this half-time results. It's so exciting to watch.
Streaming was not particularly kind in the second half. I was only able to watch about 10minutes before the final whistle.
Chelsea defended the lead.
The first leg of both Semis is done!
Signing off 5.55am. Gosh. This is really pushing back my sleeping time which is bad.
But... Really interesting game to watch.

A day.
Had a small trip to Compass point to look for formal wear as well as dress shoes. One pencil skirt I found at G2000 is really nice and it fits with the correct knee length standards. After which I went up to bata to get a pair of heels (one and a half inch). Then, to the basement to get hosiery.
Weather was rainy today. After buying my stuff, I drove to Little India arcade to do threading on my eyebrows. It's 5 bucks for the service. I was introduced to it when my brother brought me there. He did it first, then me. Today was my second time there. The threading place was renovated and a young lady helped me with it. It was painful. I was like thinking, 'I drove all the way here for this, what am I thinking'? But slowly, the pain faded away as the area was numbed. I wanted to do it for the area for my upper lip too, but I think, it's enough for today.
But it's good. Eyebrows are now trimmed and shaped.
I'm so excited about what's going to happen on the 25th this month.
I've waited for this since November last year!
Would need a white shirt like that. Cutting looks good!

Unspoken rule.
I switched off on the 2nd half of the ESAP lecture. I think I'll write this to keep things in check first before continuing with my revision. I've already picked out the topics I like, which I'd like to do if it comes out in the main paper on 18th May. They are as follows:
1) Attitudes and behaviour
2) Majority and minority influence
3) Fundamental attribution error
4) Covariation theory by Kelly
5) Deception is social psychological research
6) Social loafing
7) Prosocial behaviour
8) Some others which I'll add on later.
Today, is the graduation ceremony for the SIM-UOL 2011 batch. So it means, if I graduate this year, the ceremony would most probably in April next year. 3 more papers to go. Honours is more or less stable, but I'll have to get at least one 2nd lower honours mark to seal it.
I know I'll sort of miss lessons when it ends. Today is the second last lecture for Elements of applied and social psychology. But by graduating, I can then chase another goal, to gain financial independence. Before my trip last week, I went to my dad. I said 'I do not have enough money, could you give me some?', he said 'how much' and I said '60 bucks'. He searched around his wallet and passed me 100bucks which, he refused to keep the change. This simple gesture made me feel touched and this is the kind of understanding I need very much this period. I'm having exams, loaded with stress, and draining from my savings. I thought I could finally have some surplus of cash. It wasn't very much, but I appreciate the gesture very much. Because one thing about me, I really dread asking for money. I dread it very, very much. And it's such an annoying thing that this topic is coming back again and again for years. It's stressful and stress is defined as the psychological arousal that arises when one has insufficient resources to deal with the threats/demands encountered. Yes, that's the stress. Maybe I'm those who needs unspoken understanding. I always understand money may be a sensitive issue, that's why I do not like to sweat the cents and a few dollars. Money is important to me for sustaining a comfortable lifestyle, but not the utmost importance in my life. We're middle incomed, perfectly alright (but my parents always think otherwise). But, I would like to gain that financial independence. Very much.
I'd also like to make a point that parents should be trusting enough to trust that the kids have the ability to provide, etc after they have a stable job. If not, it's really causing stress to the kid on top of their academic issues. :'( They provide us with food, shelter, and the so expensive education, why wouldn't the kid do the least? It's not only a reciprocal norm, it's a form of respect and appreciation. I don't know about the majority, but it's my unspoken rule. Must everything be so explicit and emphasized everytime? Maybe I don't know, I don't know how it feels if your savings are always seeping to your kids and education and stuff. I can't comprehend, at least for now.

Road trip to Kluang, Malaysia.
Left house in the morning at 6.30am. Traffic was smooth when I took 83-161-Woodlands to Kranji MRT route. Everybody was there at 7.30am sharp. Something is good with our time concept. We took a bus to the checkpoint and to eat the Kam Long Curry fish head at Johor Bahru. Such a satisfying breakfast although curry fish head may be too taxing for our fresh stomachs in the morning. Despite that, it provided us with the the fuel it provided. Very nice red snapper curry fish head with lady fingers and tau kees. Those soaked with curry is so Ooo. After which, we left for a place called Titi (the name is so tickling) or something to collect out collect our Proton 7 seater MPV. Then, it's a 2hour drive up Kluang.
Upon reaching the town, we stopped by for the Kluang railway coffee. I'm a tea drinker, so I can't really appreciate the Coffee, but I think it has a smooth taste. We had some butter with Kaya toast which is good.
We went around to search for accommodation and finally settled at the eco resort. Which, in my opinion, can't be categorized as a resort. But on good thing is that it's located high up in the hill and the air's pretty good.
We had some Roti Pratas, Pork and Meat balls and left for a shopping mall to get some Chips and Beer (Ooo, Corona and Carlsberg) and to Ah Foo for dinner. They have unique bbq-ed Stingray and Squid, Satay and AiYu desert. I like the Desert with sea coconuts and the special bursting nata de coco balls. After which, we left for the hostel (as I would like to call it) and played card games mainly Bridge. And later HTHT (only a little).
After HTHT, we went out. The moon was so bright that night and the sky was full of clouds. So, instead of stargazing, we had a moon-tan session.
The second day, we woke up for Kluang's famous Bak Kut Teh. How nice? It's nice enough for us to eat that two days in a row. Primarily made up of pork ribs cooked a rich herbal soup. It has tau kees and it also had a pig organs version. I like the Pig trotters cooked with dried chilli. The rich collagen in the fats is Ahhh. Sticky and so good. We visited some roadside Chendol stall and had some peanut Meechiamkueh (pancake).
After which, we went back to park the car and start our climb. It's two o'clock. We went up gradual slopes. But who knows, 15minutes into the climb, we saw steep slope which is like 70degrees? We were like 'Whoa', but I think everybody is secretly trying to try on this. We completed the ascent and descent in 3hours and 30 minutes.
We washed up, went to MarryBrown (Msia style of KFC) for some 'appetizers' and to 128 restaurant for seafood. We loved the tofu, porkribs and fried long beans. The fresh steamed fish was alright, but think it's better cooked in HongKong style. Leave the Teochew style to Pomfret. I love Seafood.
It's quite an early night. And on the 8th, we left for Singapore. We stopped by the railway station and the Kluang coffeeshop again. Everybody watched 'Wrath of the titans' at Citisquare before leaving for Singapore.
We had 3 Capricorns and 3 Virgos on the trip. Is it a coincidence or what? We ate, share and laugh alot. Although we never had the 'Shuang' massage after all.
My friends taught me the bridge game and I am starting to like it (but I still don't know how to bid). 70% satisfaction from me. Another 30%, never mind, no need to mention it.
We spent only 150SGD pp for this trip. Nice huh. We eat, we climbed. Fun filled.
