So actually, the correct way of eating sushi is to: Pick it up with your hands, dip the sashimi side first, (upside down that is) and finally, put the sashimi side on your tongue, inside the mouth. They have pretty interesting names for the sushi. The most bottom sushi is called the baby abalone warship. So, basically for sushis which has seaweed wrapped around the rice, they are all called warships. I find the name cool.
The orange sushis are the roasted salmon ones. The reddish one, roasted duck breast. (Picture on the left)
There's shrimp tempura too, octopus, squid, salmon and live shrimp sushi. (Picture on the right)
This restaurant served their sushi rice warm, and have crispy and fragrant seaweed wraps.
New found quality Japanese restaurant.
