What's your stand or views of a male nanny, or a female engineer?
For today's class, our lecturer showed us a video (still on the male nanny, but it's the part where the rest of them laughed hard at Chandler's joke; to let him know that he's still funny). and then we started on the gender diversity of Part D: Social relations.
Although Rachel has no issues, Ross is disturbed by the idea of a nanny, who's a He!

The glass escalator
Williams (1992) examined men's experience in four female dominated professions (nursing, elementary school teachers, librarians and social workers). She found that men can get preferential treatment from inside the profession, but can get discriminated from outside.

Funny illustration.
