Today, after washing up, I relaxed awhile before calling in again. By this time, I've already been so familiar with the 11 digit toll free number. I was not prepared for an answer, but I did expect some progression of my application. Today, I got what I needed. I'll most probably be signing the contract soon. And I'll be enlisting in July. When I heard this, I was really excited because this means no more waiting. Two months break in between the end of exams and the start of he working phase is just nice. In fact, good enough. I was excited the whole afternoon. I watched some videos, read some articles, spread the good news to some of my friends whom I think are free and will be concerned. It's slowly sinking in. I'm sorta familiar with what to expect, but at the same time, not that too familiar.
Will be sticking to the training schedule strictly till July. Had a good stretch last Tuesday. All muscles are aching which is a good thing.
I'm sure I'll should be able to persevere on. Think it'll be a fun adventure. I love such things.
But at the same time, I think I'll miss civilian life during that period.
It's slowly sinking in. And it's good. At least something is happening.
