Black Pepper Salmon Steak from home

The Salmon steak and Scampi from Bergen inspired me to whip up the dish from Singapore.

It is relatively easy to prepare and I think the toughest part would be controlling the flame. If I didn't remember wrongly, this is the second steak I've prepared since returning.

Fork is from Ahlens City, Stockholm.

A little taste of Scandinavia.
