It's a Wednesday.

We had braised duck rice at the cookhouse today. Before that, went to the gym for a workout. Initially it was not planned as I'm involved in the life run later doing the aerobics (Oh gosh. Aerobics with no classes and rehearsals before that. Hahaha. It's so cheesy that it makes one want to eat cheesy cheese nachos.), but I decided to as I want to do something after a short nap and some reading.

For today, I did 20 minutes of running on the treadmill, biceps, triceps and abs exercise. I want to maintain the stamina and also maintain the tone of my arms and abs. Had a long bath after that. Ahhh, the secret luxury in the current lobo life. Will be moving to Aviation on this Friday.

January will be a crazy month. As much as I want something to happen, I guess I'll try to 'appreciate the art of doing nothing and doing something if you want to' before the crazy month. Also, to recharge and refresh the mind and body.
